I am tired of hearing from the AG & the LSP that Mr.Merritt took his own life..

Mr.Merritt was days away from moving to Texas with a new Job leaving his e-stranged wife behind..

In my experience of being an Investigator for 43 years People who are going to take their own Life dont make Future Plans that Mr. Merritt made..

On 1-4-2013 Mr.Merritt when discovered Dead he was taken right to the Funeral Home there was NO Autopsy & the M.E. didnt even see the Body..

There was no GSR test done on Mr. Merritt to see if he even fired a gun..

We have more Evidence against LSP & the AG..

Even though its considered a closed Case they are still keeping vital Documents from Mja when we filed to the Records Division of the LSP & filed FOIA for these Documents..

Those Request's were never answered which is against Federal Law...

Leonville Chief Noel makes a sworn statement to the LSP in 2016 during the Investigation that he washed down the Death Gun & it wasnt even tested..

That should have given Noel a suspension but Nothing happened..

Leonville Chief Noel interjected his-self into the Investigation which should have been handled by the Parish District..

Mr.Merritt was exhumed on 6-2-2016 & a so called Autopsy was performed by the LSP..

I have two video's of the Autopsy which was a sham--no audio--no notes being taken & the Video Camera was in a corner & you couldnt see what the M.E. was doing...

I have been involved in 340 Autopsy's & what I saw on those Video's wasnt a true Autopsy..

Plus they Dis-Respected Mr.Merritt's Body which was very hard to watch..

We have Medical Experts after viewing the Death Room Photo's & Tox Report who claim that Mr.Merritt was Murdered..

In the Tox Report it clearly shows that there were cleaning products in Mr.Merritts System which isnt caused by embalming fluid..

In his Liver 400 nono grams of Fentanyl was found in Mr. Merritts system--Mr.Merritt didnt do Drugs...

Our experts say that more than likely Mr.Merritt was in such a state that he couldnt defend him-self..

We have an Educated Mechanical Engineer on our staff that after they viewed the Death Room Photo's they wrote a Report on their findings..

Using the Blood Evidence & the position of Mr. Merritt's Body when found it was impossible to end up in that position..

You cant defeat the Laws of Gravity or the movement of motion of the position the Body should have been found in..

It would have meant that Mr.Merritt would have had to do a 90 degree turn to be found in that position...

Its Impossible !!!

All the AG said after the Report was Published by the Media was that Miss Royce paid this person to write the Report--which that is False--then it was " Oh this Person who wrote the Report isnt real because they didnt sign their name on the Report "...

Mja protects our sources & some staff members...

Miss Royce dont even know the true Indentity of this Staff member but she knows this person is real person..

Thats for a reason : Thats to protect our Evidence in case their is any actions taken such as a Death Inquest or a Grand Jury..

Under Oath Miss Royce can honestly say she doesnt have any contact with the person who wrote the Report..

Just as Miss Royce dont know the names of our Medical Experts who ruled Mr.Merritt's Death a Homicide..

Another thing these Medical Experts didnt have Mr.Merritt's name or location--it was a blind study--they couldnt research the Case on the Inter-Net..

They just had the True Evidence to worry about thats in front of them to develope their findings with no outside knowledge of the Case..

See any Defence Lawyer will attack that Miss Royce has some type of Relationship with these People & all the Reports were slanted in her Favor..

But the AG never touched base or thought of what the Report Stated..

It doesnt matter who wrote the Report--its whats in the Report..

The AG & the LSP have spent their time trying to dis-credit me personally & Mja because of our findings..

In return it was wasted energy that they could have spent on Mr.Merritt's Death..

I have 930 Hours of Training in Blood Evidence..

I can place that someone else was in the room when Mr.Merritt died..

I am not the only person who believes this is true from the Blood Evidence..

After viewing the Death-Room Photo's in their natural state & blowing them up to 700 times I found three Blood Cast-Off Tails..

Mr.Merritt couldnt have caused these Cast's Off's..

There was also 2 Gravitational Blood Drops & once again Mr.Merritt couldnt have caused this type of Blood Evidence..

Meaning the other person in the room was Bleeding...

We also found in the Death Room Photo's a sock on the floor that could have been used to help stop the bleeding...

Where Mr.Merritt bled out had 2 voids in the Blood meaning 2 objects were on the bed when Mr. Merritt was killed..

Those objects were never located for there was no search done in the house when Mr.Merritt was discovered dead..

Mr.Merritt was right handed & the position his Body was in he fell to the Right & the Gun was found on the left side on the bed some 4 feet away from Mr.Merritt's right hand..

Mr.Merritt had no injuries to his teeth & the only thing visiable in his mouth is like a black bruise..

That brings me to the next point of Evidence...

They claim that Mr.Merritt put a gun in his mouth & pulled the trigger & there was no exit wound..

Whats Missing is the most Important Thing : There is no Gun Shot Stippling in Mr.Merritts Mouth or on the outside of his mouth...

That is impossible with a contact wound...

During the Autopsy on 6-2-2016 the M.E. claims to have taken the Bullet out of Mr.Merritt's head--I sure couldnt see what he was doing from the video..

Ok you claim to have a pristine bullet recovered from Mr.Merritt..

The LSP test fires the so-called Death Gun to match the bullets--well their own Report Claims that they didnt get a 100 percent match of the bullets..

Am I missing something here ?

There was also a very strange Document that we got from the LSP was a Death Certificate of the first husband of Mr.Merritt's e-stranged wife..

We never asked for any paper work concerning the e-stranged wife..

It stated that her first husband died in a one car accident with no witnesses..

Recently a News-Paper artical was found by Miss Royce about the accident & we learn the husband had a passenager who lived..

The artical claimed that speeding or drinking wasnt involved in this one car accident..

So once again another tail of documents from the M.E. Office...

Needless to say we are trying to locate this surviving passenager to see what caused the accident..

So the AG & the LSP need to suck it up & prove our findings are wrong & why...

Needless to say but more paper work is headed to the AG & the LSP very soon..

If we get No Reply we will file with the Courts which we have solid grounds to do so...
