CHOW MEIN

1 package of ramen noodles, cooked
3 tablespoons oil
1 yellow onion, sliced thinly
1 cup cabbage, sliced thinly
1/2 cup celery, chopped thinly
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce


Heat oil in a large skillet.

Add onions, cabbage, and celery. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until veggies are tender.

Continue cooking veggies until they become slightly caramelized.

Add cooked noodles to skillet and toss with veggies until well incorporated.

Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce into the noodles, stir.

Let cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Remove from het and serve hot.
