Date: 9/9/2021 4:01:00 AM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 5940 Yeah….those ol’ family road trips in a station wagon are bringing back memories of a happier, simpler time when traveling really was fun. Of course, that was also when I wasn’t an adult and needn’t concerned myself with responsibility or crazy people……… |
Date: 9/9/2021 4:03:00 AM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 5940 And I still want to know what Mr. Vernbitsky was doing while his wife was having a meltdown. Any ideas? |

Hey Larry Call me old fashioned, but.... L.E.D.---You ARE old fashioned. kronk---C'mon man. L.E.D.---HaHa...Now you sound like Joe (blow all "your" money) Biden. kronk---I'm trying to voice an opinion, here. A little consideration, please. L.E.D.---Carry on. kronk---As I was trying to say, "If I had anything to do with it, I'd award "Marina" about three months picking peppers in south Texas, for using the "B" word in vain." |
Date: 9/11/2021 3:37:00 AM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 5940 Sand Ghost, big words tend to throw me for a loop, my bad. |
Date: 9/11/2021 3:40:00 AM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 5940 Kronk, I take it that picking peppers is worse than eating them? Or am I just mixed up @ L.E.D.’s interruptions? |

...Sand Ghost...as an obedient but humiliated drone, I find your reply to be lacking in compassion towards my type. Could you not have just said dispirited and opinion-silenced instead? |

Hey Larry You got it right. Down here, in Texas, there was a big push for "prisoners rights that occurred around 1980. Some folk, myself included, believe that when the accepted "law of the land" is broken, there should be "consequences," other than sitting on one's backside, watching television and complaining about the food. So, if you decide (for your own selfish reasons) that it's alright to freak out a whole airport terminal, by declaring that you planted a bomb, and it's set to go off, nearby; I think it's only fair that you spend ninety days, six days a week and twelve hours a day, in hundred degree temperatures, picking assorted varieties of habanero pepper. This viewpoint is the likely reason that my bid for senator caused a bit of panic among the lawless residents in our great state of Texas. L.E.D.---HA! The only thing you ever ran for was when "they" gave away expired whiskey at the garbage dump. kronk---You're not helping. |

...well, that's all well and good Kronk but I happen to follow a gluten-free diet. I don't care about the heat or the habaneros, I just want gluten-free food. Is that asking a whole lot? L.E.D...why don't you see if that whiskey offer is still going on at the dump. |
