Date: 8/9/2021 6:05:00 PM From Authorid: 5940 I would consult author #5301 Hekler here at USM. He has no morals and is related to Rudy Giuliani. Hekler represented me in my current legal situation and I am typing this from my cell awaiting my appeal. |

Date: 8/9/2021 6:21:00 PM From Authorid: 21435 Redeye007 I'd have to say that you should probably have "the seller" ship you the "correct item," and then, upon receipt of what you originally ordered, then, send the "wrong item" back....Write on......Oh, and that was probably a joke. (Hey Larry's comment) He means well, I think. Trying to raise the dead is no small feat. |

...so, let's break it down. 1. Hypothetical person purchases an item on ebay, paid for it and waited. 2. Hypothetical person receives the order and it is incorrect. Hypothetical person may feel that she/he/it/ZOLTAN! have been cheated. 3. Hypothetical person contacts the seller who is more than happy to rectify the problem, after all, he has a reputation to defend by being an honest merchant. He will include return postage for the previous item sent as it obviously has value to him and he is quite likely to find another person to buy this item. 4. Hypothetical purchaser wants to keep incorrect sample (which has hypothetical value)as well as correct item. Let's teach that seller a lesson! He won't send me the wrong thing again! 5. Hypothetical person is correct. This person will never send him anything again and word of you will spread across the platform. 6. Hypothetical person enjoys the ostracism. Signs on to TRUMP/ZOLTAN! 2024 Presidential campaign's circular firing squad. 7. GAIN! |

Hekler There's something about Mariska Hargitay. Cruel, endearing and capable. Brings out the little boy in me. L.E.D.---Dang it, kronk! He was referring to Zolton Hargitay, not Mariska! You're so dumb. kronk---I didn't know Mariska was running for Vice President. She's got my vote; I'll tell you that. L.E.D.---(slaps forehead) |

...Kronk...can I put you down for a weekly donation to the swindle? I meant campaign. You never saw that first word. |
Date: 8/10/2021 5:55:00 PM From Authorid: 21435 Hekler Only if "Mariska" is running. Her brother has "shifty" eyes. I'm open to any and all suggestions. Wouldn't take much at all, to be better than "Joe Blow and Headboard Harris." |

Date: 8/10/2021 6:41:00 PM From Authorid: 21435 Hekler Ain't it the truth. I've tested positive for the plague, three times, so far. (Twice, after being fully vaccinated.) I'm thinking of moving to Finland. |
Date: 8/10/2021 6:42:00 PM From Authorid: 21435 Redeye007 We tend to get carried away. I'm curious. What did you decide to do with the "wrong item?" |
Date: 8/10/2021 6:54:00 PM From Authorid: 5940 Mariska, Mariska, Mariska sounds an awful lot like Marsha, Marsha, Marsha. Just saying…… |
Date: 8/10/2021 9:25:00 PM From Authorid: 13969 This is technically theft by deception and would be outlined somewhere in the ToS by ebay by which you are bound if you use the site. This behavior is so rampant that you're unlikely to face legal action. It is, however, disgusting behavior and hurts everyone and drives prices up and we all end up paying for the greediness of people like yourself that entertain doing this flavor of fraud. |
Date: 8/10/2021 9:29:00 PM From Authorid: 13969 Also, should you end up keeping the wrong item this post will serve as a premeditated plan to commit aforementioned theft by deception. |
Date: 8/11/2021 5:47:00 PM From Authorid: 21435 Hey Larry I guess that I really fell for Mariska, when I found out that she is Jayne Mansfield's daughter. (I never knew that.) She was a survivor, at three years of age. Are we talking Marsha, as in Brady? |

Kronk, you have discovered my veiled reference to a certain USM member that has a tendency to whine and complain like a preteen middle child little girl. Mariska on the other hand has never complained about her lot in life nor does she shadow other members here at USM. |

...Hey Larry...when did you decide to make a fashion statement by wearing a Burqa? Shadowing people here? Naturally! It was a tough choice. Of the ten or so people here that show themselves on a regular basis and don't just lurk in the darkness, I made it my life's mission to choose three people to actively stalk. You should feel happy to be one of the chosen. It takes time and effort to come up with a good insult. |
Date: 8/12/2021 12:22:00 AM From Authorid: 5940 Of which we are still waiting on…….. |
Date: 8/13/2021 7:21:00 PM From Authorid: 54570 it would be nice to and you would have a clear concience (however you spell it) you could also ask to buy wrong item if you liked it so well. |
Date: 8/25/2021 8:21:00 PM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 55582 I guess no one can give a simple answer oh well I already returned it. |

...sure you did. |
Date: 8/27/2021 4:28:00 PM From Authorid: 13969 The simple answer was: read your terms and conditions which is your legal contract for the legal question you postulated for a potentially (likely) illegal action. If you want legal advice, ask a a lawyer and you'll pay plenty for a simple answer. I'm sorry it wasn't what you wanted to hear, but if you wire me a lot of money I'll tell you whatever you want to hear instead. |

Date: 8/28/2021 5:30:00 AM From Authorid: 13969 Hekler, this is highly variable depending on how much money you send. However, I'd recommend the psychic advice category if you're on a budget. I think they offer services here pro bono. |
Date: 8/28/2021 8:48:00 AM From Authorid: 5940 ^^^ I’ll offer my services for half of what the Psychic Advice charges with a full money back guarantee. |
