3 tablespoons room temperature butter
3/4 cup sifted icing sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons maple flavoring
1 tablespoon coffee cream or half and half
In mixer on low speed cream together all above ingredients.
Add an additional 1/2 cup sifted icing sugar and mix on medium speed until mixture is nice and creamy, approximately 5 to 7 minutes, adding more cream if necessary for ease of spreading.
Spread on cooled square 8 by 8 inch pan and refrigerate before cutting.
