On the brighter side, I read something yesterday about some new regulations regarding spam / robo calls . This should reduce the amount of hot lip service. Never been in a spelling bee, never met any person named Millicent, but from the sound of it , that would be time well spent. Hey! That rhymes! |

Hey Larry Yes, indeed, that does rhyme. I met a young lady named Millicent, once. She was going door to door, selling ....eh, she was selling, eh......."Depends Super-Absorb Undergarments." "They" have tormented me, mercilessly, with their robo calls. The other day, some dude, who sounded like my Uncle Cosgrow, tried to get me to buy "Depends Super-Absorb Undergarments." I told him that I already got some from Millicent and hung up. Hey Larry L.E.D. here: Please adopt me and save me from this lunatic! |
Date: 7/9/2021 4:47:00 PM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 21435 Hekler L.E.D. here: "He" can't come to the keyboard, at the moment. Some person named Millicent has him wrapped, from head to toe, in "Depends Super-Absorb Undergarments." We're fixin' to put a stamp on him and mail him to... N. Date: 7/10/2021 8:14:00 AM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 21435 Hey Larry Don't fall for the talking dog's pity party. He used the same sob story to get the current VP to take him in. The "arrangement" only lasted thirteen hours and then she tossed him over the wall. |
Date: 7/10/2021 8:29:00 AM From Authorid: 5940 I'm glad you cleared that up Kronk. For a moment there I thought he was hanging out with the President's dog...the one that bites. |
