CROCKPOT BLACKBERRY JAM

2 pints blackberries, rinsed
2 to 3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice


Cook on LOW 2 1/2 hours, stirring twice.

Remove lid, cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours until nice and syrupy.

Ladle into jars or let stand and cool, refrigerate up to 2 months.
