Have you ever noticed that many of the gadgets you may have read about in science fiction publixcations or seen in movies and television

have found a way into reality? That communicator seen on Star Trek? You may be reading this post on one of them at this very moment.

Many other items once only a stretch of a person's imagination have now found themselves being mainstream and familiar products

that are readily available to even the most ordinary schlub.

Remember that word: "SCHLUB". It has a very direct application in this case. Google it up if you're unsure of the definition.

By now, you may have already figured out the person about whom this post is all about.

The year is 2021

After a crushing defeat in the 2020 federal election, blatant lies regarding election fraud and a failed coup,

Donald J. Trump once again defies the odds and tap dances away from a conviction in impeachment hearings.

Unrestrained from once again running for Presidential office, he begins to conspire with his staunchest allies,

all of whom have recently been released from prison, in a bid to once again hold the throne in America.

At the behest of family and other associates that have similar political aspirations, notably daughter Ivanka,

Trump agrees to put his comeback on hold until they can get a foothold in the Federal arena.

Trump, a television viewer beyond compare, recalls a scene from one of his favorite shows; Futurama.

After conferring with his team of highly respected scientific advisors that assure him that nothing is impossible

in this day and age, Trump gives the go-a-head and commits to this cunning plan.

TIME PASSES, PEOPLE FORGET

The year is now 2519

After spending 498 years in a state of suspended animation, Trump is revived to sentience (or something approaching that)

and begins his bid to Make America Great Again.

Remembered fondly by this time as a beloved mythical character, people back him in droves.

His chances are still uncertain but most agree that everything looks good for him as he is a head in all the polls.
