SLOW COOKER TOMATO TORTELLINI SOUP

1 pound Italian sausage
1 (32 ounce) container chicken broth
1 (28 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
2 (8 ounce) containers chive and onion cream cheese spread, softened
1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini, uncooked


In a skillet, cook sausage until browned and no longer pink. Transfer cooked sausage to slow cooker.

Add chicken broth, tomatoes and tomato soup to slow cooker. Cover and coo on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

Stir in cream cheese and tortellini. Cover and cook on HIGH for 15 to 30 minutes, until tortellini is cooked.

...it sounds delicious Paddy but with me and my abhorrence of most sausage,
I'd probably substitute thin strips or a nice broiled beef tenderloin filet
for the sausage and eat with garlic bread, Can you do a garlic bread recipe?
