EASY BANANA BREAD - BREAD MAKER

  Author:  23075  Category:(Household) Created:(1/17/2021 1:47:00 PM)
This post has been Viewed (194 times)

1/3 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 medium sized bananas very ripe, mashed
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Pour the ingredients into the bread pan in the sequence listed. Put the machine on the quick bread setting and medium crut setting and start the machine.

If the top of the bread still doesn't look done leave the bread in the bread machine while it is still warm for 10 minutes or until baked.

Let the pan cool for 10 minutes and remove the loaf with oven mitts as it will still be hot. Don't forget to remove the mixing paddle from the bottom of the loaf.
