Hey Larry  Isn't it sad? I mean, all my life, I've always tried to be ten minutes early. No matter what the occasion was, I adjusted and usually showed up twenty minutes early. "My people" beat that into me at a very early age. I still remember my late, third step father, Agapitos Renaldo Gonzales Ortiz (Argo, for short) bending over my crib and whispering, "You late; you get nothing.".....One of my sister in laws thinks that when someone says "be there at four o'clock, sharp," They mean that at four o'clock, she cooks dinner, eats, takes a bath, then drives over; arriving at sometime after seven.... illud est quod est  |

Well Kronk, being late to your own funeral is something I advocate for. Other than that punctuality is something that society and their spawn have no understanding of. However, call me anything but never call me late for dinner. |
