Ocean Restaurant

This dream has always fascinated me with such vivid colors and the experience it presented and I've had it several times over the years.

I remember being with a group that to me felt like we were all tourists and we were going to have dinner at a famous restaurant. We started walking out to a beach and to a partially submerged walkway platform that took us quite a ways out into the ocean. The waves were pushing the walkway and it was just interesting as I had never seen such a structure before but held on tight to the railing at times. It was sunset and the red, orange, pink and purple colors played on everything that was visible especially the ocean.

We finally made it to the restaurant which was a hexagonal structure bobbing in the middle of the ocean and apparently, suspended in the water by these big chains that went out from each point of the hexagon. This being a dream, I didn't quite think of how that doesn't make sense but it continued. Upon getting into the restaurant, it was a lot smaller than it looked like inside and the ocean spray was getting us inside as it was open with railing all around it. I didn't order anything but I was observing the environment. I remember looking down at the floor and it must've been glass or plexiglass as I could see the fish and ocean life swimming around.

One thing that I remember before the dream ended was finally I looked out of the side that went out to the deep ocean and noticed the suspension chain seeming to go on forever and then it struck me as to what is this being held up by. I asked the person that was leading us to the restaurant what the chain was tied to and just at that moment a huge wave hit the side of the restaurant causing it to almost go sideways then the dream ended.

Its a really beautiful dream with all the colors and interesting structures but scary and the ocean's waves were felt throughout the dream along with the sounds.
