I guess I came into this strange world, up is down and plump is fat.
A strng of no win situations, what do I do with that?
I did my best with the situation and I have miserably failed.
So I am staring down the highway before someone has to pay my bail.
To lose you is to love me.
Getting back to minding my own fence seeing old familiar scenes.
And I will say "shoo you" for the shooing you gave me.
We would have brought us together if you had just let me be me.

Well I tried to do all of the right things but evenn that was wrong.
I tried getting used to being in the back seat so that we can get along.
You know God as my witness nobody can say I did not try.
But my misery became your only goal, that is what made the whole thing die.

Well I could slip out the front door with my guitar in my hand.
Happy to be blinded By the sunshine and the sands.
I will find a horizon of a place I can belong.
Where after I'm done in the bathroom, the T.P. won't be gone.
