I like the image of a 2 dimensional being suddenly popping into a 5 dimensional barrel. We can wish all that we would like to at times for a better situation or outlook but really we have to change us first and that is where we lose it. I find every time the question is asked "to be or not to be" the answer always eventually turns to "not to be". That is usually the most comforting thought for some of us old manic depressives like me with PTSD and a lot of other lettered junk. But I recommend never asking that question. Just accept each day as a mission or any kind of challenge that MUST be answered and know that failure is ok no matter the stakes. Life can be ugly my friend and often is but in the end which we do not get to choose is when we get the true reward. |
