A little child walks across the lawn with a stick in his hand
There's a big guy following behind him, yes that is his old man
He let's the little child walk back and forth and to and fro
Hopefully he will get tired out, but his old man doesn't think so
His old man sits on a bench and watches from afar
I think the old man is tired out and needs to visit the local bar
The little boy stops and Daddy lifts him upon his shoulders
