STRESS MANAGEMENT

I can't find the answers on T.V.
There are no answers in a newspaper or a book that I read

Sometimes I get so depressed I can't move, I just cry
No matter where I look, I can't find the answers and forever wonder why

Prayers are never answered and I feel myself sinking lower and lower
I die a little bit every day slower and slower

I take a time out and get lost in the movies to disappear from life
Disappointed when I return because the answers are still far from sight
