At that age you could count your blessings that's the only time you saw something. It's hard enough being a teen without adding to the drama of that age. I was watching TV one night with my adult daughter. I felt something and I turned to my left and saw a young women dressed in a long nightgown walk up the stairs. I turn back to resume watching tv, my daughter said, You saw that girl too? I said of course I did, she had blond hair in a pony and barefoot. The apparition was clear and whole looking, it moved quite normal as anyone would expect. My daughter couldn't stand it, went up the stairs to look for our girl. Of course she found nothing. How do I explain this? I cant, but if you are familiar with my past post you will understand why this was pretty normal to me. I have my own opinions as to what ghosts are from my past experiences. I believe the term is a generic one at best. I think people mistake what the see as "ghost" for something else.  |

I have had a few events that are totally unexplained and really weird. Too many to put in this comment. I probably should post about a few of them. I liked reading about your experience. If only we could find out why these things happen.  |

The Bible says there are, demonic, evil spirits but there are also what is called, Familiar Spirits------I've often wanted to do some Biblical research on this...but one thing is for certain....In Scripture, The Lord warns us about demonic spirits....they are very real.....evil spirits, forces are not to be trifled with....T/C  |

I have one theory. Your brain was slow to wake up. I am not joking. People wake up to certain sounds or occurrences that are the norm for that time of day. If it does not concern you, the processed thought to "get up! " , does not go through. So your half a sleep and wake. The now lucid dream in progress is imbedded in the other eye that see the room across the hall. So you scared yourself in to not seeing the girl again.
