Sometimes we experience the unexplained. I hear my sister sometimes, usually swearing at me when I do something dumb lol. Maybe just a whisper in time too, maybe you found the answers long ago or maybe it's yet to come.  |

I would have been freaked out too. I have been married decades, and if the house is quiet, I will hear (clear as day), the voice of my husband saying my name. He will look a bit confused when he comes home, or gets up from a nap, but I will think that it was somehow him talking to me, subconsciously.  |

When I was around like 8 or so up to being a teen, I periodically would hear my mom usually call my name no matter where I was. Now, I do have a common name but the voice was undoubtedly my mom and occasionally, my dad's voice would be heard but nobody was ever seen from the direction the voice was coming from. One thing that I do recall about this was that every time I would hear this calling, it seemed muffled like they were in the ceiling or something but I could still hear them. It was completely weird as sometimes, my brother had heard it also and he had incidents of this also happening separate from mine.
When we caught up with our parents after each incident, they said they didn't call us or weren't even thinking of calling us (maybe watching TV or something).
I've often heard that in these cases, you really shouldn't go to where the voice is calling you but I'm not sure what will happen as I've never followed it. |
