Looking for - Relatives of Henry Dittlemore

I am sending this information to see if I have any biological relatives still living. I was born on March 24, 1946 in Kansas City Missouri and the Grand Parents of my biological mother put me up for adoption and all the documentationis sealed by the Division of Health of Missouri in Jefferson City Missouri with the State File number AL15972; Registration District Number 149; Primary Registration Number 1002 and Registrator's Number 15611. The attendant at birth was Dr. D T Van Del, M.D. dated 03/27/1946. My adoptive parents, who are now deceased, were Ralph Ervin Harris and Margaret Hathaway Harris and I grew up as Mark Harris in Sheldon Illinois and graduated from Sheldon Community High School in 1964. My biological Mother was 9 months pregnant and was married, however, I do not know the names of either my biological Mother or Father. I add my middle name Lawrence in 1985 in Tucson Arizona Superior Court.
