Possibly think about talking a little bit slower. That might give your brain a tiny bit of time to catch up with your mouth. I actually find that it helps me. I start talking too quickly especially when I get a bit nervous. Take a moment ... take a breath ... then start talking again. Better thoughts might spill out after that prep. Good luck !!! ![]() |

I always think .. what I say and what I do will come full circle and I will pay the price 7 times more. (if you speak or do bad to someone, it will come back full circle.. likewise same with the good) once we learn that, then we learn to edit our actions or words. Good luck ![]() |
