My nephew is missing

My 14 year old nephew ran away and has been missing since Thursday. They have searched everywhere, brought dogs down trails they thought he might be at, and searched his friends house. They put a silver alert out for him and had it on the news today. I'm very worried and I feel so helpless. Where could he be? Is he ok?
