murder of daughter

march 2014 my daughter was murdered at a party. she was hit in the back of her head with a crowbar, was beaten about face with same, had lots broknes, then with the same crowbar she received 17 broken ribs was then laid in river and drown. tow men held her arms another hit, why is unknown, except jealously, love, anger. the murder happened at a party off Blackhawk rd. in Rockford ill. her body was found a month later about two miles from crime scene.( happened on Saturday night) on Monday morning kevin called a friend told her bev was dead. tom also believed to be involved told police four different stories, as did mark, kevin. upon my wife and myself went to tms house to question about where bev was, the story started, tom said he took bev, mark, kevin to the party( at marks house) at 4:00 pm that sat.night( two days earlier) tom said he came home stayed there until 8:00 am sunday morning then went to get. bev. tom offered bevs phone to my wife she said no bev comes she will be wantinh her phone. tom told police he did have her phone said she took it( lied). later toms phone rang off tower by marks house 8:00 pm sat. night (another lie) bloody crowbar was found at toms house with blood on same end used to murder bev. tom sent about 100 emails and texts to my other daughter in florida about bev, one was telling her bev died at 8:30 sat. night. we received a phone call from tom had message on tape said she would swear in court it was him, police have tape) pertaining to murder. all info given to police( Rockford ill.)bev was murdered in march 2014, I was told by detective she was going to the park in spring of 2015 to search for tire tracks, and foot prints going to river, one year after murder.was called by tom telling us he saw kevin, mark, jerry all washing blood from the back of jerrys truck bed, police were told. police came and looked seen no blood they left. ( no csi there, no luminol used on truck, police went a year later to look for tracks, detective transferred back to city, off investigation dec. 2014, put in cold case file jan. 2015. we were told by police we could not prove tom made phone call that sat. night, police said we could not prove kevin called friend on that Monday morning ( lady that was called said she would swear in court it was him, police have tape) told by police it would take 9mos to a year to get dna results back on crowbar, it came back in about three weeks (said no match, I have requested of states attorney and police to rerun dna test (about five times or more, they refuse.)have contacted attorney general in Illinois would not help, deal with city and states attorney. was told at corners inquest it was murder, death certificate says died of drowning. need help to have these men brought to justice. there is more to this story, thank you so much, I don't have anywhere else to go.
