I am glad I took the time to read this, your experience is quite creepy. I would imagine that if you have moved several times, that some type of ghost is attached or attracted to you. I have read many stories about spirits that can attach to a person. How does this presence make you feel? The possession dreams are what is worrying me. Do you have any sage sticks? I would suggest using a sage smudge stick around your home and then one around your aura to help get rid of this negative entity.  |

Thank you for the response! The feeling associated with the presence changes. For instance, when there is no activity I don't really feel anything. When there is negative activity I feel scared, uneasy, anxious, depressed. When there is activity but it's relatively benign I feel a little freaked out but it's not the same desperate feeling as when there is negative stuff happening. Hopefully that makes sense. I have a parrot at home and so I cannot burn anything that creates smoke or fumes unless I remove him from the home for a 24 hour period. They are very very sensitive to scents and smokes. I will see if my uncle can babysit him for a night and I'll get a hold of a sage stick.  |

You can also try a positive white light meditation for protection. These help as well. You just take a few moments each day (morning/night) to site down in a chair or meditative posture and then visualize very bright light surround your entire body. I like to picture it moving from the top of my head all the way to my feet and then booming out. It will invoke a quick positive feeling through your body and mind. If you want to make it more creative can also visualize all positive light beings surrounding and protecting you. Give that a go and see how it works for you.  |

Ive actually studied about every faith there is and a pretty wide spread of the occult, including texts that are very old. I hate to break it to you but it sounds like you might have an actual demon. Probably a pretty powerful one to to effect physical and auditory outlets. It outlines in the Key of Solomon, like the Solomon from the bible, that ghosts and spirits cannot ever mimic actual living beings. They cannot mimic living humans or animals. If this thing is influencing dreams and mimicking living things its a safe bet its most likely a demonic force, probably a pretty old one. Not to scare anyone but watch your back. Theres a reason I read all these things and they arent just make believe, I promise. I cant even offer you advice about it. Most times preachers and holy men cant even help with these. I have however found that overtime they will lose interst if you show a strong sense of will and sin as little as possible. Good luck with that btw. Ive got one that shows up looking like children of family members and not just to me.  |
