Well, I spend 4 hrs 3 times a week having dialysis....which is very, very hard to do and most of the rest of the week is doctors appointments, blood work and radiology. It's not a fun life for me, but I cherish the time I've got.  |

I am assisting in martial arts training in ju- Jitsu and come February 2017, I will be assisting also in another style of ju- Jitsu.  |

the kids are keeping me busy..Each day is something new always smiling .. Gearing up for growing some amazing plants in the greenhouse.. A big push on preparation this month .. I could use some yoga..that sounds so peacefully relaxing.. Glad to hear your doing good things !!  27c  |
