Mysterious Nudge from the Other Side ~Ginger~

Mind you, there was no one on the third floor of my home where I was. Not even a tv, radio playing or a pet on the premises. Then in the silence as I sat in my office chair, I felt two hands on the back of my shoulders. They had a light touch and the hands seemed small in stature. I froze just a bit then I took in a short quick breath in surprise as I tried to control my thoughts. That first breath had the strong scent of perfume. Not like anything I had ever smelled before, but the best I could describe was like an older ladies perfume that had concentrated over the years in the dabber bottle as it sat on her dresser.

The hands on my back now quickly pushed me forward .. not more than a just a slight nudge. Then I steadied myself to looked in back of my chair, only to see no one. I quickly took in several breaths searching for the perfume again. There was not even a slight suggestion of any scent in the air. I double checked the room, trying again to smell for the perfume .. but not anything was around. I thought maybe someone had opened a window and fragrant flowers had perfumed the air .. but no such luck. All windows in the house were shut tightly.

Now I could only sit back at my desk and try to put the puzzling thoughts together. I could only get the suggestion that the 'entity' that nudged me was trying to tell me to go ahead with the suggestion. Mostly I came to that idea because the nudge came within seconds of the USM-ers idea being posed to me. So that must have been the push forward that the spirit wanted me to understand. I still to this day can smell that perfumed whiff when I think back on the experience. It is one of those things that makes the chills go up your spine and never goes totally away from memory.
