I am not a big fan of our governing body being made up of billionaires. I don't believe they have a realistic understanding of how the lower and middle class live, and what they need.
Trump is already using is position to pressure Scotland to remove windmills from near his golf course, because windmills are a huge fear of his. My prediction is that his businesses will cause major involvement and conflict in his presidency.
At least our president over the past 8 years has created a much more stable country and economic platform. I truly hope and pray that Trump will continue that momentum. I would love to be wrong about my fears with the Trump dictatorship. We will quickly see how their new and improved health care plan will do all they promised for the millions of people in need. That will be a huge forecast of his abilities.  |

Donald Trump is misunderstood . The media is owned by the shadow government aka the powers that used to be . They are trying their best to remove Trump's shine , but they will not succeed . Donald Trump was going up against a crowded Republican field and had to make a name for himself . There were 17 in all and he made shocking statements to standout in a crowded field . It worked . He became the Republican nominee . He spoke the truth about Hillary and the public did not like it . Now that he reached his goal of becoming President he no longer has to resort to doing Howard Stern . It got him a billion dollars worth of publicity as all the Mexican stations opened their news with Trump all the time . Free publicity . 2.6 million Latinos , including me , ended up voting for Trump . He will and he has toned it down . Forgive him . I put up with Obama for 8 years so please give Trump his 8 years to make America great again . Give him a chance and let him be . His results will surprise you . |

I gave Obama 8 years so please extend me the same courtesy . 100 million people voted for Trump so yes there are people who love Trump . The margin of victory in several states was razor thin . So the brave Latinos who voted for him took him over the top . 2.6 million Latinos voted in favor of Trump . Hillary lost . Get over it . |

I have issues with many of the things he has done so far. Tossing out funding for the VAWA will save you around $1.50 per year and have devastating results around the country. The prevention educator in my area covers 4 counties. Last year alone she spoke to over 5,000 youths about dating violence and sexual assault. We have her because of grants we get from VAWA. That is one of many reasons I chose to proudly march in St.Louis on Saturday. I won't be moving to another country. I don't run from what I oppose. I change it. I've always been active in politics because I believe there is a lot of work to be done in our criminal justice system to reduce drug use and violence. A protest alone won't create change, which is why we must use it as a means of getting attention and getting people in on the discussion.  |
