My Best Senior Moment Yet

I had just gone to Sheetz for a delicious frozen latte and was making my way out to my car. I got in, put the latte in the cup holder and key in the ignition and the key wouldn't turn. O.K. something similar had happened before and shaking the steering wheel usually fixed it. I shook the steering wheel...nothing. I'm getting a little frustrated at this point, wondering should I call my husband or Triple A. I ept shaking the steering wheel and trying to turn the key. Meanwhile, I noticed something white had spilled on the seat beside me. I hadn't noticed it before, but I figured when I finally got home I'd try to clean it up. THEN, I happened to turn slightly and noticed cupholders in the back seat. My car doesn't have cupholders back there! I was in the WRONG CAR!!! OMG, I grabbed my latte and got out of there so fast that I left my keys sticking out of the ignition. I whipped them out of there as quick as I could and slunk off to my own car asap! Thankfully, the owner of the vehicle didn't see me, but I was soooo embarassed. LOLLLL!

That was me, after emergency brain surgery. I made all nurses and patients differ that night.

Not my finest hour....or night.

Glad you figured it out so quickly. I will have to write about one of my silliest moments too.

Date: 9/4/2016 3:26:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 10798    Several years ago, my husband had his own senior moment. He thought his truck had been stolen at work. He had called the police and they came. They got to investigating and discovered that he had parked his truck on the other side of the building and forgot about it. Hee Hee!
