This is devastating news and I'm so sorry to hear that this turned out so horrendously. The senseless way your dear Jimmy's life was taken makes no sense. When that shot was fired both of those people died, because that father no longer has his life either now. I pray that you and your family will somehow be able to heal over time and remember all the best that was your dearest Jimmy. I pray that the father who committed this crime will not be able to take another life and get the help he needed and needs now. I send you loving *Hugs* Sara  |

I am so sorry to hear of this, and I have said a prayer for Jimmy's soul. The man who killed Jimmy has broken the Golden Rule, and he will answer for his crime. You're right, that family needed counseling; they still need it. I will pray for you as well. Hopefully you have family to turn to at this time. Do not think about what you have lost, think about what you had. And remember that Jimmy is safe with the Lord, and that you will see him again.  |

An Update: Thank You all sweet dear Angels for Your Prayers, please continue Your Prayers, they are so appreciated and thank You Arion; one of my nieces called from North Carolina crying, inconsolable, her little heart breaking, my Brother; Jimmy's Dad tried to console her telling her that Jimmy was with Jesus and He has His arms around him., my heart is so broken Thank You for Your words, they mean so much and again thank you every one------There was an arraignment earlier today & next Wednesday, he will be taken before the court again and we will learn what he is to be charged, 1st degree Murder or Second Degree-----------Thank You again, dear Angels--- God bless T/C  |

Another Update: Continued Prayers, please dear Angels------We will be returning to Court this Friday on the (16th) @ 9:00am for another hearing. They have yet to indict him before the grand jury, I'm not sure why the process is so slow. The main detective investigating the case has said it could take up until October sometime to select a jury for the trial---I'm also not sure whether the charge of Premeditated Murder, Murder, Manslaughter will be announced at this time. I learned from the detective, Kentucky does not have 1st or 2nd degree murder it's either one or the others as I've mentioned, before this devastating tragedy happening, I've never had any reason to research Kentucky's Laws, Statutes on Murder (s).----------but from all circumstances and information I have personal knowledge of, I believe my Nephew's murder was premeditated...but it will be up to a jury to decide..
