It's that time again, USM!
This item up for review is the Fairy Girl Eyebrow Pencil in the shade #3, which can be found on eBay for about 99 cents. What interested me in this product (besides the low price) is the shape. It's wide and slanted, kind of like the blade of a box cutter.
As I'm sure you know if you've been following my reviews, cheap price does not always mean cheap quality. Most of the products I swear by can be found for under two dollars, and I've tried a handful of expensive products that turned out to be garbage. Now that being said, let's continue.
This product is a little hard and its application is patchy. Very patchy. Attempting to blend it is a nightmare. Oddly, it doesn't blend, but it does fade when you try to blend it, and remains patchy. To be quite honest, I used this maybe twice before throwing it away.
For the price, I can't really complain, but if you ever come across this product, I recommend you steer clear of it.
