I can totally understand your connection to this house. I have felt it many times for inanimate objects, and yes it does seem a bit weird if we are to look at the feelings logically. I do believe that when we open our thoughts and feelings up, we can 'let in' emotions that would not seem to be on the surface. Recently we have sold our home of 22 years and have been looking for the right house to be our next residence. This process has been exhausting because we have gotten positive and negative 'feelings' about many of the properties we have seen. It's so hard to say no to a house and property that on the surface would look perfect for our needs and desires, only because of the feeling that it isn't right somehow. Our eyes may not tell half the story, but our emotions can fill in details we cannot see. Good luck on getting this home that you are hoping for !!!   |

They have researched and found that 'energy' can live in wood in your house, like the posts and frames. I totally get you. I had an opposite feeling to a house when we were house hunting. It was the right price, lock., space- but it gave me such the creeps I had the willies. That house was a no go for me.  |

I would think you should as the guy you see in the mirror. Because, you could be lured by your deep desire to branch out, so much so, that your not thinking rationally. I would be wary of any place that I would be smitten by. Once you sign that mortgage, your married to the place with leaking roof , creaking pipes, and invasive neighbors with the binoculars. Your heart may sing for the place, but force yourself to let your intelligence call the shots. |
