A Loved One Has Been Laid To Rest......Clarissa

I want to thank everyone for all the prayers and warm thoughts, it has really meant a lot to me. Yesterday was the hardest thing to do for we not only laid a special woman to rest and she was not only my sister in law but she was a mother figure to me. I not only was able to get through the funeral but I was also able to stand up in front a packed church and say a few words in memory of her. I never thought I could but with the love and strength of family and friends I made it through. I have done nothing but cry and cry for the last 5 days and just when I think there is no more tears to cry I start to think about her and I cry some more. I have so many great memories of Betty and will cherish everyone of them, both the good and the bad. I was told to help with the pain to think of all the good memories, the funny ones and that my tears of pain and heartache will become tears of laughter and joy but right now there is no laughter no matter how hard I try. Even the joyful thoughts of her bring me sadness for I know that from here on out there will be no more good times to share and no more memories to make with her. When does the hurting stop and the heartache go away?? I am tired of crying but thinking of her bring the tears but I don't want to stop thinking about her. I only hope that God will give me the strength to get through this for I don't want to hurt anymore.

Again, I want to thank you all for all your kind words during this difficult time for every little bit gives me comfort. Your all the most wonderful friends and I love you all.
