I'm in way over my head. Some dark suited thugs are after me. My phone keeps resetting, something is being downloaded and a blacked out car is parked on the street. I refused to hand over the extra video footage. Dumb move, it all started when I worked at NOAA using satellites to monitor global weather systems to make long term climate predictions. These activities led me to find out about the phased arrays and the many uses for the different frequencies and spectrums.
What I found was that one aspect of this technology has to do with controlling the positive and negative ionization of a storm front. It requires the implementing of large lasers and Geo positioned Sat's with reflective mirrors to aim these lasers. Apparently, lasers are fired through the atmosphere creating columns of charged ionized gas around them, in the same way that a lightning strike does.
They were directing the ion beam charges opposite of the leading edge of the storm. When enough lasers were fired downward in the immediate path of the approaching storm, it dragged the storm where they wanted it to go. I took the video of Hurricane Ike making land fall and it showed hundreds of red laser shots being fired in front of it.
I also witnessed and video taped a stealth bomber dive toward a silver orb and then they both vanished right before my eyes. It was 100 ft off the deck and about 800 yards straight out in front of me with an F-16 escort that was pulling a 180 degree hard vertical bank returning back to Vandenberg Air Force Base.
The Stealth, from what I could tell over the defeaning roar of the F16, was silent. As the F-16 peeled off, the Stealth kept flying straight and engaged what ever it was and it was suddenly surrounded by a dirty brown orb that quickly turned silver-ish blue and then they both vanished. It was about 10 seconds before this took place I had my camera and was shooting. The whole thing was caught on video all by accident. This is not a good thing.
I've got to ditch my phone and hit the woods to hide out until this blows over...
