Slices of grilled chicken breast served on a leafy blend of romaine and iceberg lettuce with a refreshing variety of fruit including fresh strawberry slices, red grapes, red and green apple pieces and mandarin orange segments.
Served with harvest nuts, granola mix and surrounded by shredded red cabbage, carrots, and a subtle blend of monterey jack and cheddar cheeses and my favorite dressing, buttermilk ranch dressing.
The more health concious may choose berry balsamic vinaigrette or choice of dressing.
