Maybe get them an exciting adventure that they might have not chosen for themselves. Indoor sky diving, zip lining, a 1-3 day cruise if your near a seaport. Think outside the box and try to get hints from either of them for things they have never done or experienced.  Good luck  |

A collage. Copy pics from your whole life. Things like vacations, important milestones (ie: graduations, birthdays, birth announcements), and any other special moments. Cut the pictures up and arrange them into one big frame. Make a big ol conglomeration of photos. I made one for Smoknjoe fathers day before last. He got "dust" in his eyes when I gave it to him.  |

How about going to a photographer and getting photos of you and your siblings together? And then put it in a nice frame.  |

Do your parents have a favorite photo of you and your siblings from your childhood? A neat thing to do would be to "recreate" that photo. All of you dress similar to that day and try to take it at the same spot in the same pose.  |

Thank you everyone for the great ideas. I'll have to run some by my siblings. My brother is a photographer so we already have family photos. But I have seen the reenacted photos other people have done, it is a funny idea.  |

We do that every year. ..and we usually get each other something little. This year my siblings and I wanted to throw in together to get my parents something nice to show our appreciation. |

why don't you and you sibling sit down and patch together cloth and make them a patch blanket. Maybe in the blanket you can incorporate your picture that was printed on cloth.
