Today I am looking for inner strength to continue with the tasks I am working on:
"Welcome. Welcome to my mind, my spirit, my energy and my physical self.
Cease the Hamster wheel in my head- or simply stay- put, and enjoy breathing
If I wander, before I am done I gently remind myself "When I'm breathing in, I know I'm breathing in; When I'm breathing out I know I'm breathing out.
Then I know I am me: in my breath; in my stillness. It is okay to be aware of me
If it hurts breathe into it and slowly gracefully beautifully adjust, shift- open, Or simply if non- injurious- you may try to notice, accept, and just breathe
Establishing in your own true form, not unlike the Willow Tree Emoting harmony with stillness and movement
Otherwise, I find conformity with the wheel, round, and round I go Where it stops, I have not control.
"When I'm breathing in, I know I'm breathing in; When I'm breathing out I know I'm breathing out."
When you are ready to come back, wiggle your fingers and toes Find your center point-just slightly below your navel and focus on that spot.
Mindful of your balance, Emoting harmony with stillness and movement.
Producing transitions, causes, and effects. Mindful of that which is occurring.
