Panzer was a cat I had for 12 yrs 5 months. I found on the internet the median age of a Maine Coon is about 12 yrs 6 months. He was a Maine Coon Siamease mix, beautiful tiger stripe cat and more loyal than any dog I ever had. He would always wait for me to come home. He would call for me when he woke up. He'd sit on my lap when I would be sitting down at my computer.

He would sleep with Bev and myself from time to time. I miss my loyal friend :( Had I known then what I know now maybe if I took him to the vet he might still be with me... He acted kind of strange the last week or two of his life, wanted out really bad like I've never seen, seemed restless and agitated. I've seen him that way before so I didn't think too much of it.

I found what little remains there were...enough to tell me a coyote got him. Out of 8 cats he was by far the longest and tallest of all of them and the most loyal. I raised him since he was a little kitten, took care of his wounds, took care of him when he was sick, he stayed with me when I was hurt and sick.
I found what little remains there were...enough to tell me a coyote got him. The two of us went from New Hampshire, Connecticut, Idaho and Washington State.

Not a day goes by that I don't think of him and what could have been if I acted and took him to the vet. The one good thing that I can say is, I will see him in heaven.

Gen. chapter 8 & 9 Rev. 5:11-13

BRIGHT EYES

Is it a kind of dream, Floating out on the tide, Following the river of death downstream? Oh, is it a dream?

There's a fog along the horizon, A strange glow in the sky, And nobody seems to know where you go, And what does it mean? Oh, is it a dream?

Bright eyes, Burning like fire. Bright eyes, How can you close and fail? How can the light that burned so brightly Suddenly burn so pale? Bright eyes.

Is it a kind of shadow, Reaching into the night, Wandering over the hills unseen, Or is it a dream?

There's a high wind in the trees, A cold sound in the air, And nobody ever knows when you go, And where do you start, Oh, into the dark.

Bright eyes, burning like fire. Bright eyes, how can you close and fail? How can the light that burned so brightly Suddenly burn so pale? Bright eyes.

Bright eyes, burning like fire. Bright eyes, how can you close and fail? How can the light that burned so brightly Suddenly burn so pale? Bright eyes.

"Bright Eyes" was written by Batt, Mike.

Music by Mike Batt Artie Garfunkel sang it in the film "Watership Down

Date: 11/1/2015 5:53:00 PM  From Authorid: 998    I'm so sorry to hear about your dearest Panzer I have lost many of my furry family and it is never something I wish on anyone. They are part of our heart and soul, and to loose them in any way is so difficult.

I, and I'm sure all of us would love to see photo's of your Panzer.

To put photos into your post, you will need to have them uploaded into any service that will give you a url address for the photo. Photobucket and other sites like that work well.

When you are writing your post or updating it (click Update on this post), click on the 'tree' icon in the tool bar. This will give you a pop-up that asks for the url. Put in the url, then also, click on the first box in the 'Dimensions' section to see what the size will be of your photo on the page.

If all else fails, and this procedure does not work for you ... there is one last trick that will work ... I can help you. Send me your photos in an email, and I can help you post them.

Cats are notorious for not showing signs of discomfort. Don't feel bad. Her loyalty tells me you are good pet owner.
