Date: 9/24/2015 5:24:00 PM From Authorid: 66755 I have a Galaxy S4, too, but I've never had this issue with my phone. I'm not super tech savvy, so I don't know what the problem is. Sorry I can't be of much help. |
Date: 9/25/2015 6:46:00 AM From Authorid: 28363 I would think that your options might be to 1.) reload your software 2.) Upgrade to the S6. I have an S2 and it works great but I must admit I never play games or download anything. Mainly I use it for phone and text with a little google now and then. Good luck |
Date: 9/25/2015 6:51:00 AM From Authorid: 62725 The game might be too demanding for your phone. What game is it? |
Date: 9/25/2015 12:17:00 PM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 61673 This happens with almost every game I install. Sim city, mahjong, hidden pictures, etc. I don't have an upgrade until March and have done all the phone software updates. I wonder if it's the software updates that are messing with my phone. ..I know they're not always great. I don't have that much on my phone because I keep deleting all my apps since they don't work! |
Date: 9/28/2015 12:06:00 PM From Authorid: 66062 It honestly could be a virus. Or it could be that you have to many games or there isn't enough room on your phone for the game, causing it to spaz. |
