Today's product is Manic Panic's High Voltage Lip Gloss in the color Radioactive. Now, when I ordered this lip gloss, I didn't read the description, so I completely missed the gimmick. I just assumed this was a regular lip gloss. I hate lip gloss, but I bought it because it was on sale for dirt cheap and it was red; my weakness. :)
What makes this lip gloss so cool is that there are little lights built into the cap so it lights up when you open it. There's also a mirror on the side of the tube in case you need to touch up your lip gloss but it's too dark to see. It's really cool!
As for the product itself...well, it's nothing too special on its own. Just your typical lip gloss. It smudges and feathers after a while, but I think the color payoff is pretty good.
The normal price for this lip gloss is $12, which honestly feels like a little much if you look past the cool gimmick of the product and focus on its quality. At the sale price I paid of $4.20, it doesn't feel like I wasted my money so much.
All and all, if you're a fan of lip gloss or just like products with a cool gimmick, this product is still on sale at Manic Panic, so check it out if you please. Otherwise, I wouldn't really recommend this product, but that may be due to my bias against lip glosses in general.
