I have several things your friend can try. I personally have not tried all of these methods, but I've heard them suggested before, so I thought I'd share. This one might sound weird and silly, but I've heard if you fill a jar with a mixture of rice and salt, the spirit will try to count everything in the jar and completely forget what it was going to do before coming across it. Mind you, this method cannot be used alone because it won't be enough to distract the spirit forever. A witches jar is also very effective. You fill a jar with sharp items (needles, nails, broken glass, etc) as well as a bodily sample from the person needing protection (it can be literally anything from the person's body, but I prefer to use a snippet of hair because that's not as gross as something like waste product or blood). Also fill it with black salt, sage, and anything else you associate with protection from spirits. I like to fill mine with four thieve's vinegar, which is also a very powerful item for protection. While filling the jar with the items, light a black candle and then seal the jar with the wax. The jar can then be hidden either somewhere in the home or buried somewhere on the property, but it's very important that it is placed in a spot where it will not be disturbed, which is why I prefer burial. Boil a mixture of water, oils, and herbs to place in a spray bottle and spritz around the home. Mirrors are believed to be a doorway and spirits aren't fond of lemons. Rubbing lemon juice on mirrors discourages them from coming through. Gemstones like onyx and black obsidian are great for protection. Clove is also good for protection if you carry it around with you, like in a small bag in your pocket. Angelica root can be sprinkled around the outside of the home for protection, and it also wards off evil entities. Nettle can be used for the same purpose. Garlic, mugwort, St. John's wort, rosemary, and mullein are very strong herbs that can ward off evil. Hanging rosemary around the home can drive away evil. I've heard that if you fill an empty eggshell with silverweed and keep it somewhere in the home, it will offer powerful protection from evil spirits. The sage should work but in case it doesn't, there are several other purifying herbs that can be used; rosemary, bay laurel, frankincense, and dragon's blood incense is good, too. Your friend could also take Solomon's Seal and place some in the four corners of the home to banish negative energy. I'm sorry this is such a long comment, but I wanted to make sure I passed on everything I could think of to help your friend! I hope they find some use out of it! |

I have to agree with Zema and Kasti. I'm pretty brave about a lot of things, but mean spirited poltergeists would win every time. The suggestions that the Author Only gave are great, and PatchouliMoonsong had a treasure trove of possible solutions. I think I would be trying them all out .. A.S.A.P. Good luck!!! |

Date: 8/2/2015 6:56:00 PM From Authorid: 64819 Sounds like to me he needs to find a middle ground for now. He has to learn to get along with the poltergeist. Sounds like they're gonna be room mates until he can get a new apartment. |

Wow that is a bad one. He might have to banish it, or find someone else that can. I have dealt with demons but I have never had a problem with one doing that much stuff. I do have experience with banishing but its so hard to explain it over the internet, so if you can find someone close by that knows how to do it. A priest might work. Honestly if the sage doesn't work, I would get out of there. However you can try a couple of other things, get a bell and ring it before you do the sage, mean spirits/demons do not like the sound of bells. They are holy, so that might help a little. They also do not like the name Jesus Christ, or God. Depends on what your friend is more comfortable saying. Also you could try lighting some black candles, a mean spirit has a lot of negative energy and black candles will soak up any negativity. If none of this works and you can't banish it, he might just have to make peace with it until he can get out of there. I would seriously try to get a priest to come into the apartment. I mean that would be the last thing I would resort to. Wish I could help more. |
Date: 8/3/2015 12:07:00 PM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 37150 Thank you all for the help! I'll be careful if I do help him, but I'll let him handle it. He's my best friend, that's the only reason I would get involved. But, I don't want the thing following him around. We'll go through the suggestions here as needed and try them out. I'll keep you posted. Love and light to you all! |
Date: 8/3/2015 6:41:00 PM From Authorid: 63241 There's power in the name of Jesus Christ. Tell the entity, demon or ghost to flee from this place in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Say this in each room and leave a window or door open for the entity to leave. |
Date: 8/10/2015 8:32:00 PM From Authorid: 26227 Have your friend to tell whatever it is if its going to stay there that it needs to CLEAN the apartment! Along time ago I had some activity in my house. It didn't do any harm, just did things to the point it was annoying. So I just said "Whoever you are its OK if you stay here BUT YOU WILL clean the house!" The funny thing is that all the activity stopped for awhile. |
