How to protect from Demon attachments: Advice needed.

Hello. I used to write here a lot and I forgot this website existed.

I have recently been studying about demonic attachments or dark entity attachments.

I consider myself a Christian but I study a lot of spiritual things not always assumed Christian-thinking.

My house is haunted. There are several ghosts here but there was a demon here. It did very aggressive things like open all of the windows/doors at once in the winter... Banging around, etc. usually the things that happen here are not offensive like that. We had a bunch of elders from our church bless our home and The aggressive things stopped. We asked our pendulum which speaks to our higher selves if it was gone and consulted a healer. It was gone.

In the past I was a pagan for 14 years then an atheist for 2 years... Then I was saved.

I have been through many traumatic things in my past so sometimes I still forget God is in control and I hurt.

My fiancé and I became aware of all the haunting a and demon attachments this past year. We knew before but ignored it. Or didn't believe. We know you can have demon attachments when you are weak and invite demons into your home the same. When bad things happen, you allow negative people around and etc.

We wonder and want advice on preventing demon attachments on ourselves and our home and children. They say nothing protects but surely there is an answer. I can tell when I have an attachment because I feel depressed, negative, confused about all good things, dwell on negative things- like a switch. It happens when Im in areas around strange people often. What can we do to protect ourselves? We call Angels and do healing and clearing but how can we prevent the attachments in the first place?
