Found a new way to make really tasty chicken breast sauteed in a skillet ~TGF

Just found a way to cook boneless skinless chicken breast by saute/brown for those who are interested. It is REALLY good! To me anyway. :)

Get out a skillet (preferably a nonstick one). Pour some oil in it and heat it up over medium heat (I use olive oil). Put in 1-3 thawed boneless skinless breasts. Sprinkle on a generous amount of lemon pepper and garlic. Let it cook for a few minutes then flip it over and sprinkle more lemon pepper and garlic on the other side. Keep turning them every few minutes until both sides are decently browned (almost seeming burned). Then, add 1 cup of warm or hot water (to avoid splattering with the oil). Cover the pan, and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until all the water has cooked away. Add more water if the chicken does not appear to be done when you cut into it. Continue the process until done. :)

There you go! Hope you guys like!! This would be GREAT in a salad, although I haven't tried it in one, yet.
