I was a Jailbird!
Yes that is what you heard.
Does that give you pause?
I assure you it was a good cause.
I got a call and heard what they had to say.
They said would you support the MDA?
I said how do I help to accomplish this?
They said it is a program you just can’t miss.
You become a Jailbird!
Yes that’s what I heard.
And for your release to prevail,
For MDA you must raise your Bail.
They said we will help for you every step of the way.
Some of it in the cause is a little bit like play.
I was a Jailbird!
