Helpful ghost.

This happened last Thursday night into Friday morning. My mom said that while she was sleeping on her side, she woke up to see a young man over her, supporting himself up by his fists as if he was about to do pushups. My mom said she couldn't move and that the young man was looking over at her fan. She said he was handsome, had dark brown hair, tanned skin, and hazel eyes, and had a grey shirt on. She freaked out because she thought someone had broken in. Since she couldn't move, she closed her eyes and hoped he'd go away. She doesn't know how long she kept her eyes closed, but when she opened them, the young man was gone. She said it felt real. She told my dad but he just makes fun of her. I asked my friend over the internet, they said the ghost was helping my mom and trying to prevent another stroke from happening because it would have killed her. That sounds accurate because my mom is prone to strokes, and without her around (despite all her abuse) I'd just be stuck with only my dad and I really don't want that because of how violently explosive he is. Amazingly, they described the ghost's appearance before I even mentioned to them what my mom saw.

I'm grateful for the ghost helping. I have no idea when I will finally be able to leave here (I really hope it will be soon), but the last thing I need is my mom dying because my dad will get rid of all the cats and become further explosive with me.
