Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce w/ Diced Chicken over Pasta ~ TGF

Just learned this from a friend the other day. Extremely simple and probably almost TOO elementary, so forgive me if it's something you guys have already thought of! LOL

Ingredients:

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (use more if you are making larger amounts of sauce)

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Garlic powder to taste

Pasta (any kind you like)

1 bottle roasted garlic alfredo sauce (bottled or homemade; I chose to use the bottled for time/ease)

Boil up the whole breasts, using the salt, pepper, and garlic. Meanwhile, slowly heat up the alfredo sauce. when chicken is done, take it out, but DON'T drain the water! Put the pasta into it. While that is boiling, dice up the chicken and add it to the sauce and continue to heat. When pasta is done and drained, stir in the sauce. And you're done!! :)
