Sarah D...I being a spiritual person believe that our passed-on family members and friends are always arround us. Sometimes they let us know by subtle little occurances that we witness. Sometimes we are really BLESSED and they visit us in a dream that is so real we can feel it so deeply. It resonates with our spirit on a level that is hard to explain. I myself after loosing my younger brother, had several dreams where he came to see me,telling me things, things I needed to be at peace with his sudden passing. When my father passed due to an accident very suddenly, he came to me in a dream, much the same way, and with an appology of sorts, for having left unexpectedly. I took both dreams as BLESSNGS from GOD, who allowed my loved ones to message me in that manner. I treasure those dreams, and it sounds as if you treasure your dream of your Grandmother. As far as, 'Is this normal?' Well myself, I don't believe that 'NORMAL" exists. It's nothing more than an average of things, and in my world spiritual events such as your dream are anything but average. Remember it, treasure it, as you do the memories of your dear Grandmother.
