While I haven't disappeared for years more like months, I like to update you on some things:
1) I turned 30 back in December. I threw a birthday/christmas party and had a lot of friends and family over. My friend brought his homemade deer chili, and my aunt made the cake and brownies, and I bought the snacks. I had about 30 people in our small house, and want to do it again this year. While I am 30, I still feel like I'm in my late teens or twenties.
2) My dog scared me New Years Eve. I noticed a large lump in his throat and on the side of the mouth. We went to the vets they took blood and found his calcium levels were higher than normal, and he had a fever, and told me he might have cancer. But luckily it only was an abscess tooth.
3) Any day now my niece will have her baby. I will be a great uncle, while my brother's daughter turned 2.
4) Tomorrow my Aunt Sue, whom I have posted on here especially in 2006 and 2008, will have been gone 7 years. I can't believe it's been that long since she's passed, but I think It's gotten easier, and ironically her birthday this year is on Ash Wednesday, she loved Mardi Gras and New Orleans, and would of partied hard this year.
