Date: 1/31/2015 8:47:00 AM From Authorid: 48250 I hope that you get it all straightened out.....even if You were having problems with drug addiction.,there isn't an excusable reason to treat another person in the manner You say you are being treated....Hope it all works out for You....I would contact a Pastor who is reputed to help others in Your situation, even though all should help out, not all do unfortunately....then, contact a Social Worker, Advocate or a human and or civil rights group if you don't receive any satisfaction from your insurance company....or hear something from the medical board in your town city or state----there's always consumer protection agencies too.....Best wishes....You will be in my thoughts, Prayers.....T/C |

contact your old doc, ask if he can reccomend someone. Report this donkey butt to the state. Try community health care. You at least have info on where this person has gone, talk to your insurance, let them know what's going on. |
Date: 1/31/2015 1:44:00 PM From Authorid: 66755 The behavior exhibited by this new "doctor" is absolutely disgusting. Like DesertLotus said, I think you should contact your old doctor. Surely there's something he could do, even though the odds seemed highly stacked against your favor. Here's hoping this situation ends well. |
Date: 1/31/2015 9:41:00 PM From Authorid: 37150 Sorry you're going through all this. It's terrible that you're being treated like that, but you're so strong. You've made it this far! Don't let people treat you like that. Stand up for yourself and though you will meet much adversity, it's better to keep fighting cuz you're in the right. I hope things get better soon. |
Date: 1/31/2015 11:21:00 PM From Authorid: 21762 My mom deals with problematic doctors as well. It's like dealing with the government, it feels like there's nothing you can do. |
Date: 2/1/2015 10:23:00 PM From Authorid: 11723 Hey Enferno, I can sympathize with you to an extent. While not experiencing it myself, I have seen it first hand. My (soon to be ex) Wife and mother of my daughter was in a very very similar situation to yourself. Long story short, She got sick a few years back and FOR YEARS the doctors could not figure out what was wrong with her. Its autoimmune related and I don't think they still completely understand it. The problem was, when doctors were unable to figure it out, they started blaming her for it. For years she drifted from doctor to doctor. She was diagnosed, mis-diagnosed, rediagnosed...In the meantime she was prescribed oxy to deal with the pain had become addicted. So to some extent she did have "drug-seeking behavior". Rather than help her, most doctors blamed her and treated her like a criminal. Told her she had Munchhausen. One of the things that would happen is lesions would spontaneously open up on her appendages. She got recording of it happening, and some just flat out refused to even watch it. She found one or two doctors who did help her. And the problem is when referred other doctors/specialists sometimes completely ignored orders and diagnoses written by those doctors. It was a mess. |
Date: 2/1/2015 11:18:00 PM From Authorid: 998 This doctor has a governing body somewhere. A boss or committee that is over them and they need to be told exactly what he is doing to you. This 'doctor' doesn't deserve to be a doctor and you deserve better. I have known great doctors and really bad ones. This doctor needs to be reported. If you don't feel comfortable doing it in person, then definitely do it anonymously. There are better doctors out there that will treat you fairly. I hope you find one, A.S.A.P. |
Date: 2/5/2015 12:25:00 PM From Authorid: 26598 I am sorry for you. Since, that new doctor claims t have seen needle tracks. I suggest taking pictures of your arms as proof of no needles. would take your story to the tv news station. The one that investigates fraud. Then get a lawyer show him the records you friend got for you and the ones he is sending to other offices to block your help. If your case of defamation of character is this severe you could sue for the cost of legal expenses also. Good luck and get well |

Okay, what you are talking about is malpractice and unprofessional behavior. This new doctor can (and should be) sued for acting this way. My advice is that you contact a lawyer about this. The fact that the medical board found in his favor is not necessarily a cause for despair, especially if (as you suspect) he used his influence. Since you have your file of past visits, this is proof of your true history. Your lawyer can also call your old doctor as a character witness. |
Date: 4/7/2015 12:24:00 PM From Authorid: 67327 That is absolutely horrid. I am so sorry you are going through such hell. I seriously hope that stops. I agree with the others here, you should take your story to a news station or social media. You deserve justice and medical help. |

You might have already done this but did you speak to management about this issue? The management where this doctor worked in? If there is someone above him you can speak to and if there is staff that is still on site that worked with you and your previous doctor, this should be greatly in your favor if you have never had any issues before. I work in the medical field and have had face to face confrontations with both providers and patients for this reason. Unfortunately there are a quite a bit of providers who immediately label one as a "drug seeker" but I helped fight the battles with the patients and complained about the providers as I also helped the doctors who were having issues with patients. Heads up! You are not alone. In the meantime, don't let your health sink. If you have to continue going to the ER to be stable, do it...in the meantime, seek legal counsel. That is definitely malpractice. If you have a serious illness, you deserve treatment and have the right to live a happy and be at optimal health. Good luck! Keep us posted. |
