I understand what you're saying, but people have many different tastes. I mean, I don't think the Twilight movies are very good, but on a lazy day I will have them on in the background while I work or veg on the couch. lol. Some people find other people's lives more interesting, but I do think we need to stop giving people like the Kardashian's attention and money.  |

Just because you allow cameras to document your private life, or want pic's of your booty plastered all over magazines and the internet .. does not mean you have a talent. I would much rather watch or listen to people with actual talent. I have no time to waste watching other peoples 'real' lives ...   |

I hear what you are saying, Sarah...and, I doubt anyone will be offended by your opinion. I like the same movie genres you do, but I don't like stuff like 50 shades of grey, either. I also don't like slashers or films where the female protagonist/her supporting acresses do a lot of screaming and crying, and films where lots of profanity is used doesn't do it for me, either. I liked the Twilight series, and I'm not much into dramas, but there have been a few I liked.
I recently viewed The Castaway with Tom Hanks and that was awesome, and I teared up when he lost Wilson. Oh, that broke my heart to see him break down like that. Hanks was great in that movie. Great post. Rated. HUGS  |

I think too much attention is given to some of those shows----- personally, I think it's simply a distraction preventing people from living their own lives to the fullest-----best wishes to the Kardashians, but I haven't any interest in all they do----when I have the time, I much prefer to watch the Romantic movies, classics & some dramas, comedy----I too enjoy The Property Brothers, or like Dr Pol something that is beneficial.....Have a great weekend  ....T/C  |
