Ok, maybe someone will have an explanation for this but for now I think my tree is possessed or something. My tree has been up since the first of December and when we set it up we decided we didn't want it blinking this year. So, we took the time to take off all the blinkers (or so we thought) and replaced them with regular lights. After when we thought it was done for we never noticed anymore blinking we finished decorating it. Well, about a week and a half later I was sitting on the couch watching tv and I just happened to notice that we missed a blinker. Not sure how it happened that we went that long without noticing before but since I didn't feel like fixing it, I figured just leave it for it was near the bottom anyway. Well, since then there have been times when it blinks and there have been times when it doesn't blink. The first time I noticed it I mentioned it to hubby and he said it was all in my head, that I was seeing things. So, for awhile I thought that maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me (they are bad), but then my daughter mentioned it and wanted to know what was wrong with the tree. So, ya, I am not losing my mind, my tree actually has a mind of it's own. Even as I sit and write this right now it is not blinking, even though it was last night, and probably will be tomorrow night. I thought maybe there was a short somewhere so got wiggling wires but nope, nothing changed. Anyway, Christmas will soon be here and then gone so tree won't be up for very much longer and I will be able to pack the haunted thing away for another year. If anyone has any ideas as to what is going on, then feel free to comment, if not, no big deal, just mainly wanted to share this with everyone. So, night all and have a great evening.
