Thanksgiving smack down; Bread stuffing vs Corn Bread stuffing

In honor of the upcoming holiday I thought we'd have a side dish face off.

First up is regular bread stuffing (or dressing) vs Corn bread stuffing (or dressing).  First time I ever had cornbread stuffing was in a chow hall.  I do NOT like it at all!  And I like corn bread.  It was just to gritty for me.  So my answer is Bread stuffing by a wide margin.  It's my favorite side dish by far.

Which do you prefer?

Date: 11/18/2014 10:28:00 AM  From Authorid: 48250    either one is fine though I normally do the bread stuffing/dressing & I dress it all out adding several ingredients to it....I wonder how many are preparing Thanksgiving Dinner this year?.....I am debating whether to or not.....if I don't, I'll definitely be preparing Christmas Dinner, but can't decide whether I'll do both.....Hope every One enjoys their Thanksgiving!.....T/C
Date: 11/18/2014 12:49:00 PM  From Authorid: 53427    Corn Bread stuffing all the way! I am southern. Corn Bread is a staple part of my diet, which is probably why I need to lose weight I don't care much for turkey. But I can inhale Corn Bread Dressing at Thanksgiving!

I had a friend that did a mix of white bread and cornbread dressing that I liked, it wasn't gritty at all.
